Morrison Announces Departure From Grand Saline City Hall

GRAND SALINE--On Tuesday, Lisa Morrison’s friends and co-workers gave her a going away cake for her last week at City Hall.
Morrison has worked for the City of Grand Saline for 18 years; 10 years on the City payroll. Some of Morrison’s well known jobs were Administrator of the Grand Saline Chamber of Commerce, member of the Main Street Advisory Board, Main Street Manager, and as the City Hall Clerk. Morrison has helped in other areas in Grand Saline throughout the years. She will be continuing her journey with the City of Mineola.
Morrison said on her Facebook page that she is starting her job with mixed emotions. “People that know me know that I love a challenge. I’m thankful that the City of Mineola has the confidence in me for this new job. Know that God is always in control of your path in life if you allow him to lead you”, Morrison said.
Morrison has done her fair share in helping the City of Grand Saline. The City of Grand Saline is very appreciative of her service to the community.
