Peggy Gossett Jones

Services for Peggy Gossett Jones, 76, of Fruitvale, were scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Herring and Sis. Delana Wheeler officiating.
Interment was held in Creagleville Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones passed away July 11, 2016, at her home in Fruitvale. She was born February 24, 1940, in Winfield to James Harold & Hazel Booth Gossett.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charlie Gossett; two sisters, Ruby Price and Pat Ariola; and great-granddaughter.
Survivors include her 6 sons, two daughters, brother, Harold Ray Gossett of Mexia; two sisters, Nancy Smith and Betty Davis, both of Edgewood; 20 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family received friends Tuesday, 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
