Fifth District Court of Appeals Rules on Brumbelow Eligibility

The Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas in Dallas has denied a request filed by Chris Martin, VZ District Attorney and opposing candidate for the 294th district court bench. The letter dated May 10, 2018 says that Martin is responsible for expenses and that it will not rehear this case. The complete letter is attached in a link.
